All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgment email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when products ordered by yourself are dispatched, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or have cancelled it.
We can deliver products to customers in the UK mainland, Highlands, Islands, Ireland. We unfortunately can not deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. Delivery of the goods will depend on the delivery service selected at the ordering stage. We offer a standard delivery service, where we aim to deliver the goods within 3-5 working days. Please be aware during the SALE period, standard delivery can take up 5-7 working days when the order has been placed. However no guarantee is made. Standard delivery orders to the Highlands, Irelands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands are subject to a higher delivery charge than the UK mainland. This must be chosen by you at checkout. We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver any orders.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
In order to contract with FEATHERED FANTASY you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card or Paypal account. FEATHERED FANTASYretains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm that you are contracted with FEATHERED FANTASY. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and correct, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card or Paypal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition, such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Account discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders. These codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered. Promotional discount codes may from time to time be offered which apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.

We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with. Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products.
Please also note that items must be returned with all barcode tags and labels intact. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. Refunds are not available on underwear due to hygiene reasons. . Refunds can only be carried out if you return your order to Customer Services at the below returns address.
All our items are inspected before dispatch, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please fill out the returns form delivered with your purchase and send it back to us at the returns address below. All items are checked when returned and if we find that your item is faulty then we will refund you the full cost including delivery charges. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
All our items are inspected before dispatch, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please fill out the returns form delivered with your purchase and send it back to us at the returns address below. All items are checked when returned and if we find that your item is faulty then we will refund you the full cost of your product including your original delivery charges.
RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
REFUNDS ON YOUR ACCOUNT
We will refund your money as soon as we can, though please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value with the refunded amount. After you receive the refund confirmation email please allow for at least 5 working days for the money to be placed back into your account. Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore we do not have any control over the described timeframe. If your card has expired or has been declined we will arrange for another method of payment.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
Under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund, but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost should you already have received them. Once we have received the items we will refund you on the payment option you used to purchase the order with.
RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT AS SPECIAL OFFERS
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
