Feathered Fantasy will make every effort to create a fan that is not only functional and affordable but one you can be proud of. However, everyone's expectations are different, as are everyone's definition of what makes a beautiful fan. As such, there will be no exchanges, returns, or refunds given on any product ordered unless there is a structural defect in the fan itself. It's our firm belief that once you have our fan in your hand, you won't want to give it up anyway!
All quill, feather, and ribbon/cording choices will be taken into consideration and will be used whenever possible. However, color definitions can vary widely from person to person. Also, all fans are made to order with supplies being purchased from local retailers. While every effort will be made to stay as close to color choices as possible, sometimes it will simply be impossible to ensure them. If there any substitutions that need to be made, Feathered Fantasy will inform you as soon as possible.
Because the majority of the fans are made to order, shipping times will vary depending on the time of year and the present amount of fans waiting in the construction queue. When you place your order, you will be given an estimate on how long it will take to construct your fan and get it into the mail. If you have a deadline you need the fan by, please let us know when you place your order. We will make every effort to accomodate your time constraints provided it is reasonable for us to do so. Should you purchase a fan through a "Buy It Now" auction on eBay, the fan is already made and will ship the next business day after receiving payment.
All of our fans are mailed via USPS Priority Mail. Each package is given a tracking number that will be given to you at the time of shipping. Insurance is also included in your shipping charges.
